導讀:在考研英語(yǔ)中一類(lèi)公認的比較容易得分的題型大概非作文的第一部分莫屬了,這一部分要求同學(xué)們按照題目的要求書(shū)寫(xiě)相應的文章,小作文部分在英語(yǔ)一和英語(yǔ)二的試卷上是幾乎沒(méi)有什么差別的,一般同學(xué)只要掌握了相關(guān)的做題方法即可在這一部分取得不錯的成績(jì)。

  在考研英語(yǔ)中一類(lèi)公認的比較容易得分的題型大概非作文的第一部分莫屬了,這一部分要求同學(xué)們按照題目的要求書(shū)寫(xiě)相應的文章,小作文部分在英語(yǔ)一和英語(yǔ)二的試卷上是幾乎沒(méi)有什么差別的,一般同學(xué)只要掌握了相關(guān)的做題方法即可在這一部分取得不錯的成績(jì)。小作文部分以各類(lèi)信件為主,大綱還要求通知等類(lèi)型,但其他類(lèi)型在真題中體現不多,所以重點(diǎn)還是掌握書(shū)信的寫(xiě)作方法。

  今天我們主要講解投訴信的寫(xiě)作方法。投訴信,也稱(chēng)抱怨信(Letter of Complaint),其寫(xiě)作方法如下:

  首段:注意客觀(guān)禮貌

  a. 自我介紹;

  b. 引出投訴內容

  c. 表明目的要求。

  
  主體:展開(kāi)說(shuō)明投訴原因、具體理由或后果,注意內容充實(shí),符合交際習慣。

  a. 詳細說(shuō)明情況,中肯提出問(wèn)題;

  b. 提出改進(jìn)建議,表明希望如何解決;

  c. 拓展題目?jì)热?,尤其要強調如何問(wèn)題不解決所帶來(lái)的后果。

  
  尾段:提出解決方案,不用展開(kāi),注意公平公正、禮貌原則。

  a. 表達強烈愿望,希望上述問(wèn)題得到迅速恰當的解決;

  b. 有時(shí)可就問(wèn)題的解決限定時(shí)間;

  c. 對有關(guān)人員的努力表示感謝;

  d. 希望盡快得到滿(mǎn)意答復。

  
  文章的整體框架按照上述標準進(jìn)行,具體到?jīng)]一句的把握則如下:

  第一部分:提出抱怨并表示遺憾

  模板:

  
  (1) 很抱歉打擾您,但我必須鄭重提出投訴。

  I am sorry to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a serious complaint.

  
  (2) 我很遺憾地告訴你投訴有關(guān)…….的事由。

  I am sorry to tell you that there should be cause to complain about …

  
  (3) 我真的很討厭抱怨,但最近有一件事情確實(shí)令人煩心。

  I really hate to complain, but one thing is really disturbing now.

  
  第二部分:闡述問(wèn)題發(fā)生的經(jīng)過(guò)

  無(wú)通用模板,按照題目所給的情況描述清楚即可。

  
  第三部分:指出問(wèn)題引起的后果

  視具體情況而定  

  (1) 噪音影響我的睡眠,使得我在上班時(shí)間無(wú)法集中精力。結果這些天我已經(jīng)搞錯了好幾次

  The noise disturbs my sleep so that I can’t concentrate on my work during thework time, and as a result, I have made several mistakes these days.

  
  (2) 在這樣(嘈雜)環(huán)境下我無(wú)法進(jìn)行研究,我需要一間安靜的房間。

  For me this environment is very difficult to make studies and I need a quiet room.

  
  第四部分:提出批評及處理的意見(jiàn)或敦促對方采取措施

  模板:

  
  (1) 我認為是你認識到……的時(shí)候了。

  I think it’s high time that you realized ….

  
  (2) 我們深知你們并不經(jīng)常出錯,但我們希望能確保這類(lèi)差錯不再發(fā)生。

  We know that you are not generally careless, but we should like your assurance that this will not happen again.

  
  (3) 我必須正告貴方,除非對目前狀況采取措施,否則我將被迫訴諸法律。 I must warn you that unless you do something about the situation, I will beforced to take legal action.

  
  (4) 坦率地所,我不再準備忍受這種狀況。

  Frankly, I am not prepared to put up with the situation any more.

  
  (5) 如果您能盡快調查此事,我將不勝感激。期待您盡快回復。

  I would be very grateful if you could look into the matter as soon as possible. And I am looking forward to an early reply.

  
  分段及分句的寫(xiě)作講解過(guò)后,同學(xué)們可以嘗試練習整篇文章了,例如:

  Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a composition on the topic A Letter to the University President about the Library Service on Campus. You should write at least 120 words, and base your composition on the outline given below in Chinese:

  
  假設你是李強,請你就本校圖書(shū)館的狀況給校長(cháng)寫(xiě)一封信,內容應涉及圖書(shū)館的藏書(shū)數量和更新?tīng)顩r、環(huán)境、服務(wù)等,可以是表?yè)P,可以是批評建議,也可以兼而有之。

  A Letter to the University President about the Library Service on Campus.

  January 6th, 2006 Dear Mr. President, I am writing to express my concern over the (1) 開(kāi)門(mén)見(jiàn)山,點(diǎn)明寫(xiě)信緣由 Library service on the campus.
